Brand new Radisson Blu Resorts Tsinandali will open its doors in September 2018. Located in the heart of Wine country Kakheti, as a part of Tsinandali complex embracing the memorial house of Al. Chavchavadze, a landscape garden, a historical winery and wine cellar, the hotel will offer unique experience to the leisure travelers. 

 

We are currently searching for a motivated person to take a role as a Personal Assistant to General Manager.  Successful candidates should have the following attributes:

 

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Fluent Georgian, English and Russian both spoken and written is essential
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Good organizational  skills
  • Able to work independently and creatively
  • Proactive and ‘Yes I can ’ attitude
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Min of 2 years’ experience in similar position

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains trace files
  • Takes minutes of meetings, competes and distributes them
  • Prepares and distributes all correspondence.
  • Receives and sends mail, collects Guest questionnaire figures and fallows up outside requests
  • Maintains a filing system  including employee files and ensures filing is kept up to date
  • Maintains an adequate supply of stationary and orders as required
  • Types confidential reports and letters
  • Arranges meetings and appointments for hotel Management.
  • Orders and coordinates travel for hotel staff
  • Arranges venues, equipment and refreshments for meetings as required by the General Manager
  • Answers the telephone, screens calls, and makes calls on behalf of the General Manager
  • Communicates with respective departments for special arrangements for VIP guests.
  • Keeps the highest level of confidentiality regarding staff, business and guest information
  • Prepares   employment agreements and all relevant documentations regarding employment (recruitment, termination)
  • Keeps track of vacations and sick leaves
  • Screens CV’s and arranges interweaves with relevant Department Head
  • Actively participates in Employee engagement programs including but not limited to Birthday and special day celebrations.
  • Is responsible for payroll procedures
