The new boutique hotel with very special design has 39 rooms, restaurant with front terrace, under the row of the cypress trees and multifunctional terrace, at the 5th floor, which is linked to the boardroom, accommodating 14 – 40 people for special events. 

There are no similar hotels in Tbilisi and this is truly an opportunity and professional challenge.

We are looking for F & B Manager

Requirements: 

  • Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales, profitability.
  • Timely analysis of Food & Beverage Prices in relation to competition.
  • Participation and input towards F&B Marketing activities.
  • Handle all Food & Beverage inquiries and ensure timely follow up on the same business day.
  • Supervision of daily paper flow including Proposals, and Function Contracts
  • To assist in menu planning and pricing
  • Be available to Hotel Staff at all times in case of emergency
  • Completion of monthly inventory
  • Staff professional attitude and proper meeting Company appearance and uniform standards
  • Teamwork-Relations with co-workers and management
  • High employee retention
  • Personal development and growth
  • To provide excellent guest service and ensure guest’s needs are met;
  • To provide unique and creative ideas to enhance restaurant, banquet, meetings & group experience.
  • To apply and continually broaden knowledge of food and wine pairings and cutting-edge cuisine with emphasis on current event trends;
  • To assist in scheduling reservations and parties or special events in the restaurant. Ensures that all aspects are communicated to the kitchen team and to all other involved team members to ensure all details are correctly maintained;
  • Communicates to the immediate superior and subordinates in a timely manner, any important information, related to operation;
  • To communicate effectively with guests to ensure satisfaction in service and product;
  • To communicate and personally attend to VIP guests, in the dining rooms and during function if any;
  • To ensure accuracy of all guest reservations and shift reservations.
  • To be responsible for consistently implementing the service standards and operating procedures in the restaurant;
  • To monitor and test service skills of team members, retrain and reinforce all standards on food and quality and service details daily. Provide feedback and appraisals as necessary;
