Real Estate Development Company BD property is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Residence Administrator/Concierge (საცხოვრებელი კომპლექსის ადმინისტრატორი/კონსიერჟი) for the first New York skyscraper in Georgia - Tbilisi Gardens


Main responsibilities of the Administrator/Concierge:

  • Meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests
  • Build strong relationships with current and future members of the apartment community
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the property
  • Keep accurate list of Residents who are away and dates returning for Security purposes
  • Cooperation with security personnel on site
  • Verifying and recording visitor information
  • Managing administrative and technical issues of the building
  • Direct management of technical and cleaning personnel on site in case of any urgent issues
  • Monitor lobby and other common areas to maintain cleanliness and the best presentable order at all times. 
  • Check Conference rooms to ensure they are clean and in working order for the next occupant. 
  • Answer calls professionally and assist callers with directions or instructions for the building
  • Receive and process incoming mail/packages/utility receipts
  • Maintenance emergencies, noise complaints, incident reports etc. and contact proper personnel as needed
  • Careful registration of all complaints and issues raised by the members of the apartment community
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management
  • Prevention and management of emergency situations, request of external assistance (incl. governmental emergency agencies)
  • Proactive communication with Management for issues or concerns
  • Daily written reporting to Management


The following is required:

  • Minimum 3-years hospitality or customer service experience
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Possess strong oral, written and listening skills with fluency in English and Russian languages
  • Basic competency for technical/maintenance issues of the buildings
  • Professional appearance and demeanor 
  • Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
  • Ability to effectively work individually or within a team in a fast paced environment 
  • Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies
  • Good decision maker


Schedule: 12 working days per month

Working hours: 07:00 – 23:00

Net Salary: 900 GEL

Duty Station: Tbilisi Gardens main building/ Asatiani street # 10, Tbilisi
