Company-partner of Philip Morris Georgia is looking for full-time Receptionist who aspires to apply her/his professional experience and creative capacity in support of company mission and activities.

 

Position purpose:

 

This position is responsible for providing a broad range of administrative and clerical support to the organization, including but not limited to: answering phones, greeting clients, coordinating event logistics, office purchasing, assisting with facilities management and travel logistics coordination.

 

Accountabilities:

 

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and forward calls to appropriate personnel/departments
  • Ensure that all visitors are accepted in friendly and professional manner
  • Monitor visitors’ access and issue visitor pass
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily correspondence and courier deliveries
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, conference calls, conference registrations. Schedule appointments, maintain & update calendars of the appointments
  • Coordinate travel logistics activities for PMG Employees and guests: i.e. tickets booking, accommodation reservation, pick-up service etc.
  • Assist in maintaining stationary and other office supplies
  • Assist RIM coordinator in records collecting, labeling, storage & archiving
  • Create Purchase Requisition Forms in SAP P1 in case of need
  • Provide assistance in Admin and HR tasks if needed

 

Education requirements:

  • Higher education

 

Professional requirements:

  • Up to 3 year experience in local/international company on the position responsible for administrative/office work
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Proficient in handling office equipment including multiple lined telephones, printers, photocopy machines, conference equipment

 

Language requirements:

  • Georgian (required)
  • English fluent (both written and spoken)
  • Russian is an advantage
