We are a startup - Herio - an app empowering youth and businesses to connect for short-term,
flexible jobs. In the app, candidates can find both on-site and remote work opportunities. We are
adapted to gen-z, have no bureaucracies, don't use CVs, and we aim to become students'
gateway to the employment market. So far we have raised 150,000 GEL from GITA.
We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead. Initially, you will be solely responsible for
ensuring a constant inflow and quality of job seekers on the platform. But very soon, you will
have to manage a team. Also, this job provides an opportunity to become a C-level executive.
PRIMARY TASKS LIST:
- Create, maintain & enrich potential user databases
- Build and optimize channels to find potential users
- Call, text & engage to attract potential users
- Conduct 1-on-1 online interviews to present Herio to potential users
- Collect information about the experiences & interests of interviewees
- Participate in job fairs & HR events
- Build partnerships with universities, student unions, and other educational institutions
- Work with the founders to refine the whole strategy.
SOME OF THE PREFERRED EXPERIENCES:
- Cold calling experience.
- Worked in the hospitality/retail industry, and is well-connected.
- Worked at a startup, preferably as a project lead.
- The previous role was a recruiter, preferably in the hospitality/retail industries. But tech
- recruitment experience is also acceptable.
- Worked as a recruiter where employee turnover/volume is high
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE TRAITS:
- Smart, hustler, and energetic individual. With sales skills and confidence in public speaking.
- Doesn't surrender easily and is ambitious. Tech-savvy, and comfortable with tools like AirTable,
- Notion, Slack, etc. Enjoys experimenting and using creativity. Is drawn to the startup world.
