- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities.
- Assist in generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Compile and maintain a database of leads, prospects, and contacts for follow-up and outreach.
- Assist in communicating with clients to gather information
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate sales meetings, conference calls, and presentations, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are prepared.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance metrics and measure progress towards sales goals.
- Support the Business Development Manager in developing strategies and initiatives to optimize sales processes and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders through regular communication and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking functions as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field will be preferable.
- Georgian language - Native, English language – Fluent,
Knowledge of Russian, Ukrainian, Latvian or Kazakh languages will be preferable
Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a sales or business development environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Personality:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
