Blokland Marketing is Looking for a text sales representative. Fully remote work, minimum B2 English is required C1 is preferred.
I'm looking to fill a full-time text based sales position within my team. You will only be speaking English (via text).
What do I need to do?
- You will need to build relationship with customers, upsell them and maximize lifetime value per client (LTV)
Do I need experience?
- No, if you are hungry to improve, are coachable and want it bad enough we will hire you. Of course previous experience will help but if you don't have any experience but we see that you have the correct mindset and want it bad enough, we will hire you.
Do I need to call with people?
- No, only via text (on laptop/PC, no phones)
What will the salary be?
- You will start at a base salary + a commission for every sale. After your trial period is over, there will be an evaluation, and you will get the opportunity to 1. switch to commission only or 2. get a higher base or commission.
Note: the average salary for someone who works on commission only. It is around 2000-3000$ or 5600-8500 lari
Do you provide training?
- Yes, we have a full 1-week training program where you will be taught everything from A to Z on how to sell and maximize your sales. After the training, you will be coached daily by a personal coach 1-1.
