Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Strategy Managers to execute feed management strategies tailored to each client's needs.
- Assist in resolving product listing errors and optimizing product feeds to enhance visibility and performance across digital marketing channels.
- Field ad hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders related to feed management and execute necessary steps to address them.
- Collect and consolidate required information and data to complete assigned feed optimization tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Proactively monitor platform updates and industry trends in feed management, providing strategic recommendations to Account Strategy Managers and clients.
- Participate in client-facing calls to discuss feed optimization strategies and gather feedback, with a primary focus on technical aspects of feed management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot product data feed-related issues.
- Digital marketing or eCommerce experience.
- Experience/exposure to feed management for Google and Meta platforms is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly across corporate functions.
- Understanding of e-commerce metrics and performance indicators.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data analysis.
