Full time

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting presentations, consulting trainings and technical consultations within the framework of competencies for partners.
  • Continuous collection of competitive information and feedback on customer issues and needs.
  • Expand installer customer database, identify valuable customers, and improve installer stickiness
  • Information support for partners and partners' sales channel.
  • Interaction with marketing departments, Implementation of product promotion and marketing activities including seminar, roadshow, exhibition, etc.
  • Implementation of customer visiting and partner showroom management.
  • Working with complaints.
  • Weekly, semi-annual reports

Requirements:
  • Experience in the security systems market and/or IT hardware market for at least 3 years, strictly b2b
  • Readiness for business trips.
  • Proven technical background
  • Teamwork skills, focus and responsibility for the result, analytical skills
  • Communication skills
  • Having knowledge in marketing.
  • Knowledge of English (A2 level), Russian and Georgian language
  • Understanding the channel sales of the distribution business
  • Presentation skills

Candidates have additional advantages:
  • Manufacturer certification and/or presale or post sale support experience
  • Understanding the basics of market analytics (market shares, competitive environment analysis, product management)
