InXpress announces a vacancy for the position Sales Admin and Support
Location: Southampton and London (Main office is in Southampton, Head office is in Manchester but no need to physically visit office for work).
Due to the flexible work-structure we would welcome candidates from wider area including residents outside UK.
Base salary: 1700 GEL

Bonus / Commission: This is a sales driven business highly insentivising sales performance and therefore residual commission earnings will be significant.
There will be 3 months training period with conditions to be agreed with candidate.

The Opportunity

  • Main part of the work time involves supporting existing sales team members who are actively involved in sales work and also working closely with the management to ensure the business growth plan is followed.
  • Part of the working time involves analysing profiles, based on analysis categorise size of business leads and updating CRM for sales team accordingly.
  • Preparing savings comparison based on invoices and existing sample shipping costs, that will play key role in sales team bringing more valuable accounts based on long term vision.
  • That means very balanced combination that includes support and team-spirit we provide on one hand and the work environment of independence, freedom and creativity on the other hand.

Role Objective
We are looking for an energetic and well-motivated Sales support person who has great admin skills, attention to details and will be confident to work with numbers as well as CRM system. Experience in sales, accounting and general admin work will be a great advantage but not nessesary. We will be providing full training with ongoing support to ensure the success of determined individuals. Your earnings and career growth have great potential, and you will be expected to help sales team increase the business month on month.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Focusing on helping sales team with business opportunities coming from new clients:
  • Sorting the CRM linked with each sales representatives to ensure leads are categorised based on profile.
  • Preparing savings and service comparison for sales team.
  • Regular email and telephone follow ups will also be required, depending on size of businesses targeted. High volume clients will still remain under existing sales team scope.
  • Consistently maintaining existing clients and innovative and professional approach to all prospective clients
  • Working with the Business Development Managers to maximise customer opportunities.
  • General administration duties, which include booking form completion, recording information on CRM database and providing vital data for management reporting.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have an excellent customer manner with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
You will be a key member of a team dedicated to upholding excellent customer service levels and achieving targets.
Hours 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (UK Time)
Holiday 28 Days per Annum (Includes Statutory)
