YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Minimum 3 years progressive experience in managing large F&B operations
- Entrepreneurial mindset to attract clients and boost F&B revenue
- F&B cost and payroll control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Micros/Symphony program knowledge
- Fluent English
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Manage all Food and Beverage operations in our fast-paced restaurant and bars
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Ensure compliance of brand standards
- Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies and procedures
