Teacher in Georgia We are an international online school Shkola, with an author's learning technology, where Russian—speaking children around the world receive secondary school education (grades 1-11).

We have been in the educational services for 4 years, we have about 1000 students.

In 2024, we opened an offline representative office of our school in Batumi (Georgia).

Our offline school provides services for elementary and middle school students in two areas: Russian and American education.

We teach children using special educational technology that helps EACH CHILD to learn much faster and more successfully compared to traditional schools.

The main task of our teacher is to create motivation for the student to search. The teacher is a navigator in the flow of information. We live in an open world of knowledge, and the teacher helps us navigate this knowledge.

The teacher helps to develop the child's personality, and not just contributes to the acquisition of knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Conducting group (up to 10 people) and individual lessons;
Filling out reports, checking homework, student feedback;
Preparing for lessons, searching for additional materials;
Attending webinars/courses/master classes from the company, taking advanced training courses on third-party resources;

Requirements:

Work experience with students (primary school/secondary school);
Primary school teacher
English Teacher
The ability to find an approach to all students;
Willingness to fill out the CRM system daily (will not take more than 5 minutes per student);
Fast adaptation and high learning speed (before starting lessons, the candidate undergoes internal training)
