Tbilisi
Required experience: 1-3 years
Full-time employment, remote work
from 1,000 to 2,000 ₾ per hand

Responsibilities:
  • Georgian language at the highest level, Russian language at good
  • level, English will be an added advantage;
  • answer customer calls
  • our customers - building materials stores, construction companies, the private builders and end users building their facilities or performing construction and repair work, so having experience in the field of building materials and technologies will be an advantage, but is not mandatory
  • our product is single-component polyurethane spray heat insulation, used in construction for the thermal insulation of various elements of buildings
  • without cold sales. Incoming requests, warm customer base
  • reply to comments and in the directive on social networks
  • respond to customers in FB messenger and WhatsApp chat
  • enter new leads into CRM
  • attend the briefing in Tbilisi 1-2 times a month
  • if necessary, make the docs translation from Russian to Georgian

Requirements:
  • Georgian language at the highest level, Russian language at good
  • level, English will be an added advantage;
  • skills of working with social networks: responses to comments and in the direct
  • sales and customer communication skills on the phone and in chat
  • Having a higher or secondary education in the field of marketing, advertising and/or sales is an advantage
  • having a working smartphone, computer or laptop and stable internet speed at least 12 Mbps/s during working hours with 10:00 to 19:00
  • experience with CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and browser; Microsoft Power Point as an additional bonus
  • learning ability, in a short time you need to learn about the product - only 10 SKUs (stock-account units)

Terms:
