We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our User Acquisition Department. This role will play a crucial part in driving our marketing, ORM, and user acquisition strategies.

Job Description:
  • The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to support various projects within the User Acquisition Department. This includes working closely with the finance, ORM (Online Reputation Management), and marketing teams to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive user acquisition efforts. The successful candidate will be based in our office but will also collaborate with our international teams online.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with our business goals and user acquisition objectives.
  • Content Creation: Create and curate engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to support finance, ORM, and marketing initiatives, including paid advertising, promotions, and contests.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and strategies, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Community Management: Engage with our online community, respond to inquiries, and foster positive interactions to build brand loyalty and enhance our online reputation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, ORM, and other international teams, to ensure cohesive and effective social media efforts.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive.
  • Crisis Management: Assist in managing and mitigating any social media crises, ensuring swift and effective resolution while maintaining brand integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the finance or related industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Skills:
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights), and basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
  • Global Perspective: Ability to work effectively with international teams and understand diverse cultural perspectives.
