Required Qualifications
- Language Proficiency
- Proficiency in either Turkish or English (Speaking and Writing)
- Proficiency in Georgian (Speaking and Writing)
Management Skills
- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and inspire warehouse staff, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain a positive working environment. Ensures team members are motivated and working towards common goals.
- Organizational and Planning Skills: Capable of setting clear objectives, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and developing efficient workflows to optimize warehouse operations.
- Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure timely completion of daily warehouse activities, including deliveries and inventory control.
- Problem Solving: Proactively addresses operational challenges and quickly finds effective solutions to logistical or staffing issues.
Personal Skills
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in monitoring inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in shipments, and maintaining organized records.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

Job Description
The Warehouse Manager will:
- Oversee the management of the retail store’s warehouse.
- Manage the logistics and deliveries to construction project sites.
- Take full responsibility for the warehouse and its personnel, managing planning, organizing, scheduling, analyzing, and reporting tasks.
