Go-Playgrounds is pleased to announce an opening for the position of CNC Team Leader.
Go-playgrounds company is engaged in the production of playground equipment, as well as additional products for public spaces for Psagot Installations Ltd.
Full-time. Overtime as needed, with manager approval.

Core of the Role
Control and preparation of production plans for various CNC machines, guidance and support for CNC department employees, management of work processes and machines (CNC router machine, laser machine, lathes, punching machine, bending machine)

Job Components

• Administrative and professional management of the CNC department
• Executing purchase requisitions for departmental inventory requirements to meet the ongoing production plan. (Daily reporting, and weekly meeting with Jacob on a set day)
• Responsibility for product inspection and routing to next stations
• Responsibility for adhering to production work plan, and ongoing updates of execution as needed (for punching machine + laser + router)
• According to the detail built in relation to the machine: target supply date / production entry date / project name / customer (if exists) with emphasis on raw materials and special notes for production batch.
• Overall responsibility for order and appearance of the department (labeling of inventory stations - raw materials / in process / final.
• Ongoing monitoring of employee compliance with safety rules in the department

Quality Control:

• Quality control of ongoing production and new production batches, based on quality control forms.

Employee Management:

• Responsibility for conducting internal training to improve employee performance quality
• Continuous optimization and improvement of work processes

Management Meetings:

• Participation in weekly team meetings, including
• Checking status of open points from previous meeting.
• Review of production in the past week.
• Production forecast for the next week.
• Quality issues from the last week.
• Employee safety.
