The Biltmore hotel Tbilisi is pleased to announce vacancy for the position of Bellman.

The candidate we are looking for should have good cooperation skills, direct and trustworthy communication skills and should be extremely customer oriented.

Main responsibilities will be:

• Welcome guests in the hotel;
• Assists guests with luggage and escorts guests to Room;
• Inspects guest room for order and adequate supplies and informs guests of room amenities;
• Delivers faxes, messages, packages and flowers for guests, and undertakes any other requests to ensure their comfort;
• Maintains the appearance of the hotel lobby and entrance;
• Ensures the efficient delivery and collection of group luggage;
• Available to operate early, late and night shifts as well as week end work.

Minimum requirements:

• Friendly personality with genuine smile;
• Strong Interpersonal Skills;
• Flexible, enthusiastic and result oriented;
• Extremely Customer focused and eager to deliver the best service and best product
• Fluent in Georgian, English and Russian.
