Hotel NOVOTEL is a member of the international hotel chain Accor and is represented in several countries around the world. We are newly opened, fast-growing Hotel and looking for a Hotel Service Manager, who will be a part of our team.
The property is located in the Avlabari district – the historical center of the city and is a 3-building complex with well-developed infrastructure and a relaxing zone.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee guest check-in/check-out processes, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement and maintain high standards of guest service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and train hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and service personnel.
- Develop and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.
- Coordinate with various departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor daily operations and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and manage procurement as needed.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain high service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
- Gather and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Address and resolve any safety or security issues promptly.
Requirements and skills:
- Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
- Previous experience of minimum 2 years in guest relation management
- Knowledge of Accor service standard is mandatory
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud program
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Excellent negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
