Hotel NOVOTEL is a member of the international hotel chain Accor and is represented in several countries around the world. We are newly opened, fast-growing Hotel and looking for a Hotel Service Manager, who will be a part of our team.
The property is located in the Avlabari district – the historical center of the city and is a 3-building complex with well-developed infrastructure and a relaxing zone.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee guest check-in/check-out processes, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of guest service to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and service personnel.
  • Develop and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.
  • Coordinate with various departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor daily operations and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and manage procurement as needed.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain high service standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Gather and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Address and resolve any safety or security issues promptly.

Requirements and skills:
  • Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
  • Previous experience of minimum 2 years in guest relation management
  • Knowledge of Accor service standard is mandatory
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud program
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Excellent negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
