Job Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Managing employee relations to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Overseeing payroll, benefits, and compensation administration.
• Developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures in line with business objectives.
• Supporting performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Maintaining compliance with Georgian labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinating employee training and development programs.
• Managing HRIS systems and maintaining employee records.
• Collaborating with international offices to ensure smooth cross-border HR operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as an HR Specialist, preferably within multinational organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of Georgian labor laws.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office.
