Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and ROI targets, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and overall growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies and creative assets.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and user growth metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing.
  • Manage the digital advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize results.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Digital Advertiser or similar role, with a focus on performance marketing and user growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns for maximum performance.
  • Excellent understanding of user acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
