Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Type: On-Site, Chavchavadze Avenue, Full-time 10:00-19:00
About Spinoman: Spinoman is a leading free-to-play social casino where players can enjoy a variety of online casino games with virtual coins. We are committed to delivering an engaging and rewarding experience for our users.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture a positive and active community around Spinoman.
- Engage with players across various platforms, including forums, social media, and in-game chat.
- Organize and manage online community events, contests, and promotions to foster engagement.
- Collect and report on community feedback to inform product improvements.
- Collaborate with the product team to address player concerns and issues.
- Create and maintain community guidelines and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role in the gaming/iGaming industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of online community management and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passion for gaming and familiarity with online casino games.
