Spinoman is looking for CRM Specialist

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Type: Full-time, On-Site. (Vake, Chavchavadze Str)

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Lead with strong online casino knowledge to lead our teams and execute our overall business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive player retention, engagement, and reactivation.
  • Design and implement personalized marketing campaigns across various channels (email, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.).
  • Analyze customer behavior and segment player data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the product and analytics teams to ensure player feedback is integrated into game development and updates.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage loyalty programs and VIP player initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
  • Use A/B testing and other data-driven methods to optimize customer communication and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer engagement, retention, and social casino marketing.
  • Develop strong relationships with high-value players, ensuring a personalized and rewarding experience.
  • Collaborate with customer support to handle escalated player issues and ensure resolution in line with CRM strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement, ideally within the social casino, gaming, or mobile app industries.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools, segmentation, and campaign automation platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Experience with data analysis and a good understanding of player behavior metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative and analytical mindset with a passion for optimizing customer journeys and building loyalty.
