Company Description

We are proud that our company was announced as the leader of the years 2022-2023 in the sector of tourism in Georgia from the Swiss rating association and the Union National rating business association of Georgia.
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Free Spirit Tours Group in Tbilisi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Conducting official correspondence with partners by WhatsApp and e-mail.
- Analyzing, processing of the received request and preparing the programs according the request.
- Compilation of tour packages - tour planning, organization
- Control tour progress.
- Communicating with hotels, negotiating regarding prices and making contracts.
- Attending exhibitions and representing the company at the exhibitions.
- Find and open new markets, establish communication with new partners for the company.
- In accordance with the market requirements, the appearance of the initiative on the renewal and improvement of tourist products.
- Teamwork and assistance with other departments when needed
Requirements
- Knowledge of the English language at a high level
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (in the field of hotels or travel agencies)
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
