We are Paysera Bank, country’s first digital Bank securing both Georgian and European accounts (IBAN) as well Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) and the Georgian Settlement System (RTGS) accesses for our consumers.

We are now actively hiring the Customer Success & Tech Support Partner who will play the vital role for capitalizing on our customer-centric approach and consistently enhance Bank’s NPS. This important front-line position requires an excellent Service + attitude and problem-solving abilities to safeguard top-notch service and technical support to our customers.

What will you do?
  • Meet, interact, consult and offer all banking service to the customers to ensure a seamless online digital experience
  • Consult and support customers with the aacount inquiries, troubleshoot issues both remotely (phone, email, support chat) as well as within the branch
  • Proactively push direct sales of various banking offerings, present and explain terms and conditions, deliver the comprehensive information
  • Dedicatedly analyze the customers’ needs and immediately solve any problem
  • Be angaged, test and support various projects of the bank
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions and personalized service
  • Early detect suspicious transaction and collaborate with the Compliance and AML teams
  • Express excellency in execution of all assignments delegated by the Manager

If you have:
  • Service + approach and “can do” attitude
  • Around 1 year of experience in customer service and/or operations, ideally in the bank, fintech, financial institution, familiarity with digital banking platforms or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability and aspiration to diligently handle complex tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details, and critical thinking
  • Familiarity and experience with MS Office and AI tools like ChatGPT, demonstrating the ability to integrate these into daily tasks, and agility to explore more
  • English and Georgian fluency, both written and verbal
  • Higher education, ideally in Finance, Banking or Business
