The Casino Surveillance Operator is responsible for monitoring cameras and ensuring the safety and security of the casino premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor surveillance cameras to detect and deter theft, cheating, or other illegal activities within the casino premises;
• Ensure the accurate and neat recording of all activities, as required, in the logs and reporting formats used for the Surveillance operation;
• Comply with all company rules, regulations, policies and procedures; and to perform all duties in accordance with the highest professional standards at all times;
• Stay updated on casino policies, procedures, and regulations related to surveillance and security operations;
• Provide support and assistance to other casino departments as needed, including during emergency situations or special events.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 1 years Casino Surveillance experience or must possess strong integration skills across all casino departments and have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in the Live Game department;
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills, with the ability to accurately identify and assess suspicious behaviors or activities;
• Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment;
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
