LLC Softgile announces a vacancy for the position: Support Division (Service Desk) Ge
Company: Softgile
Softgile is a dynamic and fast-growing IT company that implements innovative projects in the field of software development and deployment across five markets. We highly value the contribution of each team member and are looking for a back-office specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our internal processes and maintain our operational activities at a high level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order and Request Processing: Registering new deals and promptly entering data into the system.
- Sales Support: Providing administrative support to sales managers, preparing reports, and delivering information for clients.
- Communication with International Partners and Clients: Conducting business correspondence and phone negotiations in English.
- Reporting: Preparing and submitting regular reports, working with large data sets in Excel.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Georgian.
- Knowledge of Russian is a plus.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a similar role; experience in a Service Desk position is a plus.
