Job Details: Georgia, Tbilisi (On-Site, Vake chavchavadze street)
We need you to have:
- 2+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other industry-standard software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Attention to detail
We need you to do:
- Lead user research and usability testing initiatives.
- Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs with a strong focus on user interaction.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
- Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a design system for scalability and consistency.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of pixel-perfect designs.
- Innovate and experiment with new design concepts and techniques.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
