The representative office of the German company Famaga Group OHG (https://famaga.com/) - EKK Industrial Sales and Marketing Management LLC is looking for employees for the position of Head of Digital Marketing Strategy for industrial equipment components.
Head of Digital Marketing Strategy
What you will be working with:
- Development of marketing strategies for various markets: Western Europe, USA, Latin America, Middle East
- Analysis of financial and business indicators of various strategies and channels of Internet marketing, assessment of their effectiveness and prospects.
- Analysis of the market and competitors. Constant search for points of growth of marketing effectiveness
- Management of the marketing team (16 people), search and work with external contractors
- Marketing in 20 countries, more than 200 sites, 4 company brands
We expect from a successful candidate:
- Experience in marketing management through numbers and analytics for more than 5 years
- Experience in marketing in foreign markets - from 3 years
- Successful experience in lead generation in various areas of digital marketing: SEO, PPC, CRM marketing and remarketing. Experience in E-commerce will be an advantage.
- You are a result person, not a process person, and think in terms of “done / not done”, not “in progress” and “in progress”
- You know how to find non-standard solutions to marketing problems and build a step-by-step plan to achieve your goals
- You can present everything you do in the form of simple and clear reports that show what the budget is spent on and what the cost of a lead is for each marketing channel
- English B2 and above. Knowledge of German will be a big plus
