Onevision Marketing Consulting is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Project Manager / Executive Assistant

Company Overview:
We are a fast-growing talent management and social media marketing agency focused on helping creators achieve their full potential.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Project Manager / Executive Assistant with strong leadership and project management skills to oversee daily operations, manage a small team, and support the Head of Operations. The ideal candidate will take ownership of tasks, think on their feet, and drive results with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 5–6 employees handling lead generation and outreach (e.g., Twitter, Instagram).
Track and report team performance, focusing on conversion rates and outreach success.
Warm up leads, follow up, and manage communication flow until leads are ready for final evaluation.
Execute strategic ideas and oversee their implementation from start to finish.
Organize and maintain the Head of Operations’ schedule and agenda.
Think critically and self-initiate solutions to problems without waiting for step-by-step instructions.

Qualifications:

Experience Required:

3–5 years in a similar role (Project Manager, Executive Assistant, or Team Leader).
Proven ability to lead a team, track performance, and hold members accountable.
Demonstrated success in working autonomously and driving projects to completion.

Skills and Tools:

Proficiency with tools like Monday.com, Airtable, or similar platforms is strongly preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in lead generation or outreach is a plus.
