McAndrew Holdings UG is looking for Junior Web/Mobile Developer
We are a collaborative team of passionate product developers across Europe with extensive experience building high-profile web and mobile applications for prominent companies and startups. Our mission is twofold: assisting clients worldwide in creating high-quality software efficiently and affordably, while also developing an innovative platform that leverages advancements in generative AI to empower non-technical product managers to bring their ideas to life.

Role Overview:
As a Junior Web/Mobile Developer, you will contribute immediately to both client projects and internal product development. This is a learning-intensive role, with dedicated time for professional growth to set you up for success in more advanced development areas.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain front-end solutions, incl. use of low-code platforms.
- Train and upskill in backend technologies, including FastAPI and Node.js/Express, with a view toward full-stack capabilities.
- Collaborate with a diverse, remote team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Comfort in working in high-intensity, deadline-driven environment. You will be contributing to client projects from Month 1
- Dedicate 20% of your time to continuous learning and professional development.
- Grow rapidly, with a clear path to senior-level responsibilities.
Location
- Our headquarters are located in Frankfurt, Germany
- This role is for Tbilisi, Georgia. A coworking space will be provided, with in-person collaboration with team at regular intervals throughout the year
- Flexible work from home opportunities for a portion of your work schedule
- Occasional travel to Germany possible, but not required
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in web/mobile development and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Demonstrable experience with front-end development (e.g., React, Vue, Svelte, or similar frameworks).
- An aptitude for problem-solving and a collaborative mindset.
- A commitment to growing your skills and experiences considerably and advancing to a senior developer role.
Nice to Haves:
- Professional experience as a developer
- Backend experience
- Experience collaborating with designers, e.g. using Figma
Compensation and Growth:
- Initial Offer: $750 for the first three months.
- Growth Potential: Accelerated salary increases to $2,500 as Junior within two years with review at quarterly increments.
- Career Progression: Clear "up or out" structure to encourage rapid growth and advancement towards Senior Developer role
