Requirements
- Education and Qualifications:
- Education: Higher education in IT/Computer Sciences or a related technical field.
- Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and telecom technology, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Language Skills: Fluency either in Georgian and English or Georgian and Russian is essential

Duties and Responsibilities
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing all IT operations, ensuring the integrity of network systems, and managing IT resources. The role also includes coordinating activities within the department, managing spares, and integrating computer technology into high-quality software products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the network and server infrastructure.
- Ensure regular data backups and manage computer security, including antivirus updates.
- Perform routine IT maintenance, including "housekeeping" tasks.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and resolve them, logging problems and resolutions.
- Liaise with external support vendors as needed.
- Manage file systems and user access on centralized servers and workstations.
- Onboard new staff by providing training on IT systems.
- Maintain hardware inventory and records of maintenance.
- Ensure proper licensing of software and manage software inventories.
- Contribute to IT strategy and develop the annual IT budget.
- Participate in one-off projects, such as database development.
- Contribute to the development of IT usage policies.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging IT technologies and trends.
- Administer MIS databases and servers, ensuring smooth operation and support.
- Evaluate and deploy software and hardware upgrades.
- Proactively monitor servers and applications to ensure high availability.
- Develop, implement, test, and maintain disaster recovery plans.
- Collect and analyze system data for capacity planning.
- Manage IT procurement and maintenance processes.
- Troubleshoot network and internet connectivity across the organization.
- Provide end-user support and resolve IT issues in coordination with the MIS team.
- Maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
- Lead, train, and support the work of other staff within the IT department.
- Install and maintain hardware and software for the company’s CCTV system.
- Perform regular backups of CCTV data.
- Manage IT warehouse operations.
- Add new IT equipment to the ERP system.
- Act as an information security manager and keep and maintain company documentation to comply with current legislative requirements.
Training and Development
- Attend advanced training courses for further development.
- Maintain awareness of the company’s Integrity Management Strategy.
- Stay informed about the Environmental Management Strategy.
Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Responsibilities
- Demonstrate commitment to the Company’s HSE Policy for self, IT staff, and contractors.
- Ensure IT staff is informed of HSE expectations and complies with safety procedures.
- Promote reporting and investigation of incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
- Implement emergency prevention, preparedness, and response measures.
- Ensure IT department employees are trained, competent, and have access to necessary equipment.
- Complete required HSE training programs.
Environmental Awareness
- Ensure compliance with relevant environmental laws and standards during operations.
- Contribute to setting and achieving environmental and safety objectives and KPIs.
- Report and address non-conformances in accordance with relevant procedures.
- Ensure corrective actions from environmental audits are completed, lessons learned, and communicated to IT staff.
Integrity Management
Supervisors and staff are expected to demonstrate awareness of the company’s Integrity Management strategy and supervise the following tasks:
- Promote integrity management in line with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with the Permit to Work (PTW) system and safety rules.
- Conduct task-based risk assessments and evaluate hazards.
- Oversee the maintenance and testing of protective systems.
- Report areas of concern related to system degradation.
- Implement maintenance procedures and ensure equipment is restored to required performance.
Remuneration and Additional Benefits:
- Monthly Remuneration (To be Defined individually, From 4500 GEL)
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (break time is not included in working hours), excluding weekends and public holidays;
- Meal Per working day at the company’s Canteen ;
