MLsoft is currently announcing a vacancy for an English-Speaking Customer Support Specialist
Role: The Customer Support Specialist will primarily focus on delivering exceptional customer service, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, collecting feedback, and managing data. The role also involves ensuring compliance with customer service policies, fostering teamwork, and striving for continuous improvement in customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing information on products and services;
  • Gathering and managing customer feedback;
  • Updating and maintaining customer information in databases;
  • Provide top-notch customer support to our clients via email, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries;
  • Assist customers with their queries related to deposits, withdrawals, account issues, game rules, and other gambling-related matters;
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to higher levels of support when necessary;
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations;
  • Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and new products to provide accurate information to customers;
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Proficiency previous experience in customer support, preferably within the gambling or online casino industry;
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer service or related fields;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts on a rotational basis;
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills (email, word processing, spreadsheets);
  • Familiarity with data management and database handling;
  • Ability to comply with company customer service policies and regulations;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude;
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools;
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;

Additional Information:
  • Salary Range 1400-3000 GEL, Net
  • Working mode: on-site - from the office;
  • Working Time: 8-hour shifts, 5 days working - 2 days off;
  • Morning shift: 07:00-15:00;
  • Afternoon shift: 15:00-23:00;
  • Night shift: 23:00-07:00;
  • Shifts are changed on a Monthly basis.
