Construction and development company "Elt Building" and its multifunctional hotel complex "La Quinta by Wyndham Batumi is a 98-room, 4-star hotel located in Georgia's popular resort destination, Batumi. It is the first and only La Quinta-branded hotel in the region, managed by River Rock Hotels & Resorts, aiming to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction.

It announces a vacancy on:

• Position Purpose
• As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare high-quality dishes and assist the culinary team in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes according to menu specifications.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Monitor food quality and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Proficiency in English (Russian is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Passion for culinary arts and creativity in food presentation.
