• Position Purpose
• As a Food and Beverage Manager with a culinary background, you will oversee the F&B operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of food and beverage services.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor F&B staff to deliver high service standards.
• Monitor budgets and optimize costs without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in food and beverage management with a strong culinary background.
• Proficiency in English (Russian is a plus).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and budgeting skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
