Kiketi Greenhouses LLC is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head Waiter
Job Summary: As a Head Waiter at our farm restaurant, you will be responsible for serving our guests. Your main duties will include working with the cash register, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:
- Guest services
- Caring for guest satisfaction
- Menu knowledge
- Communication
- Cleanliness and organization
- Strict compliance with relevant standards
- Working with the cash register
Qualifications and skills:
- More the 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel restaurant
- Good communication skills
- Experience in catering private events and weddings
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders
- Knowledge of service standards, food safety
- Knowledge of Russian is mandatory, knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered a priority
- Punctuality and a high sense of responsibility
- Ability and desire to learn new things
Additional information:
- Training will be provided to ensure familiarity with the menu and service standards.
