Position Purpose
As a Cluster Reservation Agent, you will handle reservations and inquiries, ensuring a seamless booking process for all properties in the cluster.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process guest reservations efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about properties.
• Maintain reservation records and ensure system accuracy.
• Coordinate with the front office and sales teams.
• Assist in optimizing room inventory and rates.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservation handling or customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in English (Russian is a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with reservation software is an advantage.
