RED BULL GEORGIA IS LOOKING FOR THE BRAND AND FIELD MARKETING MANAGER
An opportunity for all passionate marketers who know how to properly leverage the brand. We are currently looking for a Brand and Field Marketing Manager in Georgia to join our marketing team who has a passion for marketing and will have our Red Bull brand completely under the thumb. Do you have a vision, and great logical thinking, are you creative, do you have a mastery of identifying consumer needs, do you understand communication positioning, are you innovative and do you also have experience in sales support? Then we are looking for you!
You will independently lead projects and report directly to the Marketing Manager, at the same time you will support other commercial teams within projects, especially Off and On-Premise. That’s why we are looking for a person who is a team player, has great communication skills, can inspire and support people on the way to a common objective, and at the same time understands how to create a business together.
The position of Brand & Field Marketing Manager is one of the most complex and strategic within the company and opens up the potential for further career growth and personal development.
BRAND MANAGEMENT
The Brand Manager is the guardian of our brand, ensuring clear and consistent brand communication across all touchpoints. You will oversee that brand communication across all channels stands out, communicates the right moment of need, evokes the right emotions, and is consistently aligned with the brand manual. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing creative assets for TV, digital channels and trade to deliver impactful brand visibility. You will coordinate your steps with the HQ team, and thus you will also take a peek into the global Red Bull World.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Team to contribute to the annual business plan by creating, planning, and executing brand, advertising, new products, and packaging initiatives while ensuring the brand is portrayed in the right way.
CONSUMER INSIGHTS
As a Brand Manager you have to gather consumer insights, identify moment of needs for our product, conduct market research to understand specifically what drives TOM (top-of-mind) awareness, brand salience and per capita consumption.
We need you to turn data into compelling insights, which are actionable and relevant, and ensure these insights are addressed through adequate ideas and plans.
ADVERTISING AND CREATIVE
In this role, we expect you to:
- create branding and through-the-line communication for specific marketing projects in strong collaboration with the respective marketing functions.
- develop and implement the ideal and strong advertising plan ensuring international and local learnings and the right country-specific level of digital and social components, and always with international best practices in mind.
- control creative and media agencies to ensure correct contractual set-up and strong working relationships to deliver world-class creative output.
- manage the media agency with prudence, to ensure the best possible value-for-money advertising plan.
- annually review media planning and buying with the agency and international.
PRODUCT AND PACKAGING INNOVATION
Working closely with our Sales, finance and other marketing fucntuons you will lead and manage solid product launches, develop comprehensive marketing communication plans to support product portfolio, understand which packaging solution addresses country-specific needs, as well as leads and manages the launch proposal.
MARKETING + SALES COOPERATION
You will be the point of contact for Trade Marketing and Sales covering projects and initiatives with a clear commercial overlap. You will tangibly participate in generating business value by looking for ways to present the brand in the best way to deliver strong impact in sales and communication.
CONSUMER COLLECTING PROGRAM/ FIELD MARKETING MANAGEMENT
In the Field Marketing/ Consumer Collecting we expect you to:
- set clear goals to drive product trial that engages new users and expands the consumer base within different occasions;
- work with Student Marketeers (SMs) to create exciting and relevant university initiatives that build a brand and product love among students.
- communicate clear expectations and guidelines for Student Marketeers to effectively plan and deliver on infusing Red Bull into student life during key moments (study, sport, party, etc.), using a “from students for students” approach to create a credible brand image within universities and win students as loyal Red Bull consumers.
- ensure the SM program has a strong sales support program in place to drive distribution and stimulate sales, excite the trade and improve in-store visibility in and around the university.
- Manage SM requests externally and internally, ensuring these sit with the wider priorities.
- Use program tools and reporting features to steer an effective program focused on the right student groups and keeping a good balance among business priorities.

QUALIFICATION:
- At least 3-4 years of successful track record in brand management and project management with a high level of ownership and tangible results, whether it be from an agency or client environment.
- Strong skills in project management, that proves thatr you are able to handle several complex projects in an organized and cool-headed manner.
- FMCG brand marketing skills, knowledge and experience.
- A clear understanding of competitor activity and consumer behavior in a brand and FMCG context.
- Generate consumer insights and translate them into successful brand initiatives.
- Implement the business strategy successfully, while managing associated changes and people processes.
- Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends.
- Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- High standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull values.
- An entrepreneurial "can-do" attitude is facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate "best practices".
- Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results.
EDUCATION
University Degree (business, marketing or similar)
LANGUAGE
Native – Georgian, fluent in written and spoken English
