Position Overview:
ASBC | iSpace, an esteemed Apple Premium Reseller and industry leader in Georgia, is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee all operational functions of the company. This key leadership role requires an individual who is not only capable of managing day-to-day activities but also someone who can drive the company's strategic objectives, fostering growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Leadership: Oversee and manage all functions of the company, including administration, finance, logistics, sales, and marketing. Ensure the smooth operation of all critical business areas, from inventory management to financial performance.
- Collaboration with Senior Leadership: Partner with regional vice presidents and functional managers to coordinate procurement, pricing, and payment processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, guide, and motivate the management team and employees to consistently achieve business targets, with a strong focus on net profit and stable cash flow.
- Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Improve sales and supply chain planning; conduct accurate weekly planning for incoming deliveries and sales projections within the Asbis Group of Companies.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, and provide actionable insights for business improvements.
- Performance Management: Manage quarterly training initiatives to meet organizational objectives, ensuring each department is aligned with the company’s key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Ensure the effective and efficient collaboration of all company divisions to meet company goals and drive growth.
Key Requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, Management, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles, including Head of Sales, Director, or similar positions.
- Languages: Proficiency in Georgian and English (both written and spoken).
- Skills & Expertise: Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and leadership principles. Proven ability to lead teams, make data-driven decisions, and meet organizational goals.
