Next Gen Technology Georgia LLC is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Technical Recruiter

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best fit candidates for non-tech and technical positions, and for the company as a whole. This includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes and conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, coordinating the hiring process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand the company's needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to ensure a pool of high-quality candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze job descriptions for vacancies and if necessary, identify and negotiate alternate skills for niche hiring.
  • Collaborates and schedules calibration call with the hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g social platforms and professional networks)
  • Ensure data accuracy for all recruitment trackers/system.
  • Write or create posters for technical job descriptions on IT specialist job boards, social media, and other relevant channels
  • Build effective employer branding to promote the company's reputation and value, attract talent and build long-term relationships with potential candidates.
  • Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
  • Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers/technical interviewers.
  • Collect compensation details from candidates and creates offer recommendation and routes for approval; extends offer to potential candidates and manages negotiations.
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
  • Assist candidates going through the whole hiring process until on-boarded.
  • Ensure that hired candidates are regularized- by continuously helping to monitor progress during their probationary employment

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • At least 4 to 7 years of working experience in recruitment function, specializing in IT hiring
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT jargons and has proven work experience as a technical recruiter
