Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute programmatic advertising strategies to acquire and retain users for our mobile apps.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking across multiple ad platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Optimize targeting, bidding, and creative elements to improve campaign ROI and user engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new advertising technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with product teams to provide feedback on app features and user experience based on campaign insights.
  • Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying for mobile apps, preferably in a fast-paced digital advertising agency or mobile app company.
  • Proven track record of managing successful user acquisition campaigns with a focus on driving app installs, engagements, and conversions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Experience with ad tech platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DSPs, and other programmatic buying platforms.
  • Knowledge of mobile app attribution and tracking tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools for reporting and analysis.
