Mountain Breeze Georgia is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Customer Service Officer


Job Summary

Handle customer inquiries/complaints by providing helpful information, offering first contact resolution and alternatives within time limits through various communication channels such as Live Engage/Live Chat, calls, emails and authorized messaging apps.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Escalate all customer complaints, feedback, and suggestions to related departments. Follow up to ensure speedy resolution.
  • Introduce new products and promotions to customers.
  • Understand and resolve customer issues within CS guidelines
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in CRM
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues on pending items for follow up
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Take extra mile to engage customers.


Qualifications

  • College diploma in any field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in native language
  • Typing speed must be at least 50 words per minute, accuracy must be at least 90%
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications especially Excel
  • Basic English


Working conditions

  • Shifting, require working on holidays and on off days (when operational needs arise)
  • Change of work hours and off days with minimal notice (when operational needs arise)
  • Clear understanding of multi-cultural working environment.
