Unique project Tbilisi Hills Golf & Residences is looking for an experienced

RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Location: Krtsanisi district area, Tbilisi, Georgia

ABOUT US:

Our team develops the largest unique real estate project in Tbilisi, which has no analogs in the Caucasus region. The project covers 331 hectares of land able to host 10,000 residents, includes exclusive land plots and premium apartments with spectacular views from a bird's eye view, and also an 18-hole European Top100 golf course and fine dining restaurant with a terrace. The complex will include a wide range of recreational and leisure facilities, also 5-star brand hotel and leisure club. The gross development cost is more than 300 mln USD.

POSITION PROFILE:

Due to the growth of construction activity, we are looking for experienced professionals to supervise construction works. We will be glad to meet with a person who is well organized, pays attention to details, and is driven by a desire to be proud of results.

Construction supervisor will be involved in the permanent supervision of contractors and other staff in the field and will oversee the construction activities that occur on the worksite.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Daily supervision of projects from the initiation phase till handover
Permanent monitoring of the works. Visit and supervise multiple sites during the course of a day (your work is ca 80/20% sites/office)
Ensure filling and storage of required site documentation
Monitoring the timing of the implementation of key stages and basic operations
Control of BoQ, invoices, and the works performed
Quality control of the work performed, signing acts of hidden works, tests, etc.
Creating and controlling time schedules
Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections
Submit timely necessary notices to contractors
Attend site meetings, and liaise with team members and all parties involved to ensure that projects are on track and there are enough manpower, machinery, and materials to get the job done
Manage challenges related to the involvement of multiple contractors
Coordinate and write site reports, drawings, and other necessary documents for authorities, investors, stakeholders, and management. Prepare and present progress reports
Acceptance of the work performed, checking composition, volume, and quality, avoiding poor-quality work and overestimation of the amount of work
Keeping records of completed and paid works

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a relevant position in the residential construction field
Good planning, controlling, and multitasking skills
Preferably a university degree in engineering
Fluency in Georgian. English and Russian may be considered an advantage
Knowledge of MS Office and CAD is a must. Knowledge of MS Project is a good asset
Ability to read, follow up, and review design documentation
Attention to detail and sense of responsibility
Good communication skills
