We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawyer with comprehensive knowledge of the gambling industry to manage legal and regulatory matters related to our global operations. This position requires a strategic thinker with expertise in the intricacies of gambling licenses, compliance with jurisdictional laws, and risk management. The candidate will provide legal advice on regulatory developments and help navigate complex legal landscapes worldwide.
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawyer with comprehensive knowledge of the gambling industry to manage legal and regulatory matters related to our global operations. This position requires a strategic thinker with expertise in the intricacies of gambling licenses, compliance with jurisdictional laws, and risk management. The candidate will provide legal advice on regulatory developments and help navigate complex legal landscapes worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise the company on all legal matters related to online gambling operations, including licensing, regulation, and compliance with local and mostly with international gambling laws.
- Conduct detailed legal analysis of gambling licenses across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to licensing obligations worldwide.
- Lead and manage the process of obtaining and maintaining gambling licenses globally, including assisting with the preparation and submission of applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and responding to inquiries from gambling authorities.
- Provide guidance on advertising, marketing, and promotions within the regulatory constraints of various jurisdictions.
- Ensure the company’s policies and operations comply with all relevant gambling laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling practices.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments in the global gambling industry and provide proactive recommendations to mitigate risks and adapt to changes in the regulatory environment.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Compliance, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of legal processes and compliance across business functions.
- Represent the company in legal matters and negotiations with third-party vendors, authorities, and external legal counsel.
- Advise on disputes, including but not limited to, player complaints, contractual disputes, and intellectual property concerns related to gambling products and services.
- Develop and implement internal training programs to educate staff on relevant legal issues and compliance requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of gambling law and industry trends to provide the company with expert advice on emerging legal challenges.

- At least 3 years of experience in gambling law, with a proven track record in advising online gambling operators.
- Extensive experience with gambling licensing requirements and processes in key jurisdictions worldwide.
- In-depth understanding of global gambling regulations, including remote gaming laws, anti-money laundering (AML) practices, and responsible gaming obligations.
- Experience working with regulatory bodies, managing legal audits, and ensuring compliance with gaming laws and regulations.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience drafting and reviewing complex contracts and agreements.
- Ability to stay ahead of regulatory changes and advise the company on proactive legal strategies.
- Experience in dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, and regulatory hearings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience in international gambling markets.
- Expertise in navigating the legalities of cross-border gambling operations.
- Knowledge of data protection laws, including GDPR, and their impact on gambling operations.
- Experience with online gaming software and platform licensing agreements.
