We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Project Manager to join our team. As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion. This role demands strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of IT project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Information Technology Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and scope.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including tasks, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Lead project meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and conflicts, implementing appropriate resolutions and contingency plans.
  • Track and report on project progress, providing timely updates to stakeholders on key milestones, deliverables, and risks.
  • Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project activities align with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting effective communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, successfully delivering complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to proactively identify and address project risks and issues.
  • Sound decision-making abilities, with a focus on task and resource prioritization.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in IT project management within the gambling/gaming industry, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for gaming platforms, including testing, deployment, and operations.
  • Strong understanding of gambling platform components, such as game engines, payment systems, user account management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience managing diverse IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, and system integrations.
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools for gambling platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align IT projects with organizational goals and strategies.
  • A continuous learning mindset and a commitment to staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IT.
  • Familiarity with gambling platform components, such as game engines, payment systems, user account management, and regulatory compliance.
