- Office Operations & Maintenance:
- Oversee the general office environment, ensuring it is clean, organized, and functional.
- Manage and track office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely ordering and restocking.
- Handle maintenance requests and liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure office equipment and facilities are in working order.
- Ensure the office complies with safety regulations and company policies.
- Guest and Visitor Management:
- Greet and assist office guests, clients, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage visitor sign-in process, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to security protocols.
- Coordinate guest needs, such as meeting room scheduling, refreshments, and other requirements.
- Serve as the point of contact for any external service providers, including catering or event planners.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal employees regarding office supplies, maintenance, and guest management.
- Assist with coordinating office events, meetings, or team-building activities as required.
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration between various departments regarding office needs.
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with office software (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
