Pulse Point LLC is looking for a Reconciliation Specialist to be part of our journey in transforming operational support into a true driver of business success.
Why We Need You
The Reconciliation Officer is responsible for reconciling all bank accounts. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage bank related issues that will hinder him/her from accessing the bank and download the bank statement. Due to security enhancements on some bank accounts, the cash audit officer may be required to borrow phone/tokens from operations team to get the OTP and be able to log-in to the bank.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Download accurate and complete bank statements for accounts used in daily operations.
- Perform bank reconciliations by matching transactions from the bank statement against submitted deposits and withdrawals by customers.
- Ensure data accuracy by verifying correct amounts are received or credited to customer accounts and report discrepancies to relevant departments.
- Proactively communicate banking access issues by following clear internal procedures (including sharing screenshots and account details when needed).
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve bank-related issues quickly and effectively.
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field
- Experience in banking, finance, or payment processing (online gaming or e-commerce is a plus)
- Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Excel
- Good command of English (written & verbal)
- High attention to detail & accuracy with financial data
- Strong problem-solving skills & commitment to quality output
- Flexible, self-motivated & able to work independently
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
