Why We Need You
Next Gen Technology is seeking a skilled Back-End Developer with deep expertise in .NET Core 8 to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems for cloud-native applications. You will work with technologies such as AWS, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and Redis to power high-performance, distributed systems. This role requires close collaboration with front-end, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and reliable performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Backend Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using .NET Core 8, adhering to industry best practices.
- Scalable Systems: Build scalable, distributed systems optimized for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Cloud-Native Applications: Leverage AWS services for application deployment, scaling, and management.
- Message Queuing: Implement messaging and event-driven architecture using RabbitMQ.
- Database Management: Develop and optimize database solutions with PostgreSQL and Redis for high-speed data storage and retrieval.
- Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of backend systems with other application layers.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the backend stack to ensure system reliability.
- Agile Development: Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
What You Bring to the Team
- Minimum of 5 years of backend development experience, preferably in high-performance and distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core 8 and C#.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS).
- Knowledge of RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems for distributed systems.
- Expertise in relational databases like PostgreSQL and in-memory data stores such as Redis.
- Experience in gaming or entertainment technology platforms.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes is a plus.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture is nice to have.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and multicultural team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
