Full-Time (min. 35 hours per week)
Up to 350 USD per month (for 40h per week), depending on your availability and experience

- A student or graduate in the field of study related to business

- The ability to organize tasks independently and work effectively with minimal supervision
- First work experience preferably related to administration, operations, office assistance or similar (nice to have)
- The ability to prioritize goals/tasks; monitor and follow them up
- Good command of English (B2 minimum)
- Availability minimum 35 hours a week

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO and Recruitment Manager and the operations team
- Help with different tasks coming from recruiters and tech team
- Conduct accurate information research in a timely manner
- Coordinate company-wide efforts and initiatives
- Perform marketing activities
- Display exceptional communication skills with vendors and other companies
- Conduct research on the optimization of processes in the company
- Keep updated all of our internal data and documents
- Support in conducting recruitment processes
