AXATYA INVESTMENT are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Office Assistant to support our team and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will conduct online research, manage contractors, communicate with partners, take meeting notes, and collaborate effectively with the team. Knowledge in financial, sales, marketing, or law is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct online research on various topics and present findings clearly to the team.
  • Find and coordinate with contractors as needed.
  • Maintain clear communication with partners and stakeholders.
  • Take and distribute detailed meeting notes.
  • Work well within a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Anticipate and plan for potential issues, acting in the company's best interest.

Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Georgian and English; (Russian or French is a plus.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Financial, sales, marketing, or law knowledge is highly valued.

Additional Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus.
