Royal Tulip Hotel and Casino is pleased to announce an opening for the positon : Accounts Receivable

Job Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing the hotel's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections, and reconciliation of customer accounts. This role plays a critical part in maintaining cash flow and fostering positive relationships with guests and corporate clients.

Billing and Invoicing:
  • Prepare and issue invoices for hotel services, including room charges, event bookings, and ancillary services.
  • Ensure all charges are accurately reflected in the billing system.

Collections:
  • Monitor outstanding accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Communicate with clients regarding payment terms and outstanding balances.

Account Reconciliation:
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with hotel policies.

Reporting:
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on accounts receivable status, aging reports, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for management review.

Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests and clients regarding billing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the front desk and sales team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and hotel policies.
  • Maintain organized documentation for all accounts receivable transactions.

Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process and recommend solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and accounting software.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration;
  • Experience: 2+ years;
  • B2 level of English proficiency (spoken).

Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
